Strength To Support And Great Adherence
I use in place of a brace on the knee and it works great. Very stretchy and has the strength to support and stabilize the knee. I like it comes in colors as well as neutral. It adheres well to the skin, so well that pulling it off can be quite painful and it can take some skin with it so leave it on til it starts peeling on its own unless you like pain.

KT tape is good stuff!
KT tape is good stuff. I love Rock tape too, but KT wins for quality at a better price point every time. I have a problem with adhesives on tape. Using Kinesio tape always comes with a downside for me and a limit on how long I can use it for. Once removed from 90% of places on my body I’ve used it I will have scabs in the tape pattern that take a couple of weeks to heal. KT is the same as any other tape I’ve used. It has kept me walking many times when I might not otherwise have been able to do so and it has save my neck, back, and shoulders many times. Currently I’m using it to support and help my foot…fortunately the bottom of my foot doesn’t seem to mind the adhesive – a miracle!

janky adhesive but otherwise good!
i have a evil knee pain and this helps. i bought the purple. it’s a pretty color. comes in a nice little box which is easy to throw in your bag and a guide on how to apply. breathable material.in terms of use, it’s very bipolar. i apply it the same way every time; clean, dried, typically sterilized skin. i even shave, incase that matters. some pieces peel off, some stick for days; it’s something with the adhesive, to my knowledge.the cheaper crap makes me blister with one day of use. this does not, even with multiple days of wear.id like better adhesive on this; i know these aren’t the strongest ones but i cant afford to pay 20$ every time i need to tape my knee, which is almost daily; and while this lasts, like i said, the adhesive is SO hit or miss between pieces.overall, it works. if it werent for the adhesive being weird, 5 stars. but i will be reordering this!

A must have for work and for comfort
These work perfectly. I used to think they were just a sales item to make you believe it works just to get you to buy em. But years of knee pain and figured I’d give it a shot and boy was I wrong. They helped out a lot. Easy to use. Different colors. Super durable. They don’t come off while using.

Not as advertised
Not sure what is happening, but this tape I bought is in the same box as the one I bought from Dicks. It is NOT the same tape. The Amazon one was not sticky and was not the same thickness. Not good quality.Had a good convo with KT about this, they were very responsive and I am happy. Issue resolved and I look forward to using their products in the future. Thank you KT!! 🙂

Quality is awful now
I am so sad about this product.I have used KT Tape in the past, about 5 years or so ago… It was always helpful, the material felt thick and neat and I wouldnt get too many rashes from the glue….This version of the tape is awful. The glue left an imprint rash on my arm, it rips the skin but barely sticks well, gets caught on clothes like there’s no tomorrow and it does not last long AT ALL. I am so disappointed in it that I don’t even feel comfortable using the rest of the roll.Maybe it would work better for someone else, but for me? I can see the downhill slide in quality and I guess I will run a new brand.

Stays On for Days and Really Supports My Knee
I’ve tried a few kinesiology tapes and always come back to KT Tape Originals. The precut 10” strips make application super quick, and they stick incredibly well — even through sweat, movement, and a full day of running around. They’re comfortable on the skin and provide great support without irritation. Highly recommend if you need dependable tape that actually stays put.

KT Tape, one my most effective tools in my arsenal for injury recovery or support for knee and lower back or whatever part might need support due to over use. I have worked as an actress in Theater ,movies and dance performances .I discover KT Tape doin a show where I need to support a pulled muscle in my back later my knee. KT tape helps tremendously.Now doing other types of physical work on other less strenuous jobs It still comes in handy. I recommend it to all my Friends .

Long lasting but bit tricky to use
The material lasts in comparison to drug store brands which tend to come apart after normal use. The elasticity is very useful on application. Now for the tricky part. It’s important to not tighten it so that compression will bulge out your skin. It’s supposed to be used to lift the skin gently up from the affected part. Instructions are very basic and explanations are few— at least on the brand I use. Supposedly a top brand. Application is tricky because the tape stretches and any snap back will bind the part that touches other sticky parts. Might as well toss it. Kinesiology is probably on you tube. Watch the application process. Now for the important part, does it work. It does for me. I have a right knee joint that seems to respond well to its use. I apply it gently but firmly to the painful area. It does pull on skin and it’s supposed for better blood flow to area. Some may find it useless but it’s up to the individual. It’s not waterproof so it must be removed before showers. It helps to shave the area before application. Must be gentle on removing. I use KT tape. Good luck
