This just flat out worked for me.
I’m one of those people who rarely writes reviews. But when it comes to a product that actually relieved my pain, it’s time to tell others. Like a lot of people, I work heads down over a computer for a large part of the day. About 2 years ago, my neck became very stiff and turning my head to either side was really painful. Turning to the right was the worst. I was relegated to turning my entire body to the right when checking for traffic in my car. Honestly, I figured it was just part of getting older.I even started using my hands to force my head side to side to see if that would bring relief. That was crazy painful and didn’t help at all. After reading some positive reviews about this product, I purchased it. I basically use it twice a day for about 10-15 minutes. I have to say I am shocked at how much it has relieved my pain. My neck is now pretty much pain free, still a little stiff, but the pain when turning right or left is gone for the most part. I can almost touch my chin to my shoulder on both sides with no pain. Amazing.The warming sleeve that comes with it is nice, but not essential. It has 3 levels of heat and it does get quite warm. You have to use a USB wall outlet adapter if you want to plug it into a regular 120V outlet. Kind of weird, but it works.I highly recommend at least trying this product or a similar one. If it works for you like it did for me, it will be well worth it. I paid $30 and it was money well spent. And lastly, I was NOT paid to write this review, nor did I get any compensation whatsoever.

Surprisingly effective

I just came back to change my review. Although this product itself does not heat up (I misunderstood the advertisement), it works really well. The device itself is foam but then has a mini heating pad that wraps around it. Tbh i was disappointed by this and very skeptical, but decided to use it for a half hr before bed and a half hour in the morning and I have no neck pain for the first time in WEEKS. It really helped open up the tightness in the highest part of my cervical spine. It is not as soft as I expected, It is the texture of an exercise foam roller. On a positive note, definitely light and portable. Great value.

It is ok, but not what I thought it was going to be
The item weighs like nothing. When I purchased it I was expecting something a little more sturdier. The cord you use to have the heat work is short, you can buy a longer one. The heating pad is like a thin material it does warm up but i find it annoying to try to put it where you want it, it kept slipping out of place. The neck stretcher part is literally a hard foam that lays on the ground and you just stretch your neck. It does stretch it out but its not as soft make you feel comfortable. Its actually very uncomfortable for me personally. I used it like once and now it just sits there. I wouldn’t buy it again if it broke. Not sure if I’ll keep it.

What I need
Almost didn’t buy this product bc of some bad reviews but I have a similar product for occipital pain and it helps me a lot. I saw the reviews were about how comfortable or not this device is. First of all, this is not a pillow, the device is not supposed to be super comfortable, in fact it’s also not supposed to be used for a long time. This is to make some traction in your vertebrae and to help the natural cervical curve. I am a PT so this is exactly what I needed to use in the end for my day. Second of all, this device has to be big enough to create this curvature and be affective, so some reviews are wrong about “ being to big” for my neck. I have been using and it already feels like the pressure in my neck decreased and that’s the goal = decompression of the spine. This device in a long term can be better than go to a chiropractor, however, it’s not a massager, not a cozy pillow for your neck or anything else but a release in your spine and of course also, the heat helps with muscle tensions.

Heat does not automatically shut off
The heat does not shut off. I fell asleep and woke up with a blister on my neck, 2nd degree burn. This needs a recall.

It’s such amazing product but so simple
My neck pain is gone in one day . My shoulder knot pain reduced 50% . This heating pad is amazingly portable and can be used on most my portable chargers . I was almost scared away be the reviews but glad I wasn’t. The buttons are hard yes but nessary and the heat setting are all great i use high for about 30mins and manually switch to medium low i can’t really feel and that okay 👍🏿 should be that way. It’s definitely worth the 25$ well spent. Dealing with a pinched nerve here and the pain be unbearable but this helped

Heat is a nice addition
Most neck stretchers are nice, inexpensive devices that provide a lot of benefit. This one is basically the exact same as many of the other neck stretchers on Amazon except it has a small (removable) piece of stretchy fabric that wraps around the center of the device with a 5ft usb cord attached to it to provide the heat component. The heat is a nice addition for ~$6 extra. So if you are debating which neck stretcher to buy – I think the heat feature is worth the slight premium.The 2 areas of improvement for the device:1. The cord needs to be longer. Because of the short ~5ft length you are very limited in where you can use the device. in my case, the cord is not long enough to extend to the couch or the bed so I can only use it on the floor near a plug. What an easy and inexpensive problem for the company to fix. It’s a shame they manufactured it with such and inconveniently short cord.2. This is not giftable. it does not come in a box. It comes in a clear plastic bag., This presentation cheapens the item so much and printing a box would not have been that expensive to elevate the product to a more giftable (and marketable) level. For an item at this price point I would expect a box. Plus, I tend to store items like this in their original boxes when not in use. Again, what an easy and inexpensive improvement that would have been to the product.But aside from those flaws, it’s a nice product. I recommend it (just not as a gift).

It’s about what I expected.
I expected an item that would help me get my neck in a good position for relaxation and stretching. For that, it fits the bill. However, I can’t really say anything to it’s pain relief yet. I’ve not had it very long, I will be testing it out moving forward, and I will update the review accordingly. The good points, it is very firm but gives a bit. I’m a larger guy so that’s awesome. I don’t want a product breaking down because I have a large neck. The curve seems spot on. It gave pressure and allowed me to stretch out my neck.My observations of things I don’t really like, but they might just be my experience. I have almost no carpet in my house. I tried it out on a wood floor and the thing just slid around. I tried laying down on a rug and the same thing happened. I’m looking for a way to get it to stay in place. I have my eye on some non skid strips that I should be able to adhere to the bottom of it. I feel like the product would work better if I could get it in a position and then work my body to be in a proper position for it to be most effective. The massage points are not noticeable. I feel like they were added to be a feature, but if they were firm enough to notice, I feel like it would be uncomfortable, so that’s a non-feature in my book.In all, I feel like it could do what I wanted. It may serve as a proxy for physical therapy and manual traction, but would not be able to replace it. I will update after I’ve owned it for a couple more weeks.
